Select the OPPO device, the Retailer you purchased from and click claim now.
You will be directed to a new page. Follow the instructions to submit your claim.
Note: You will need your proof of purchase from the participating retailer, which should clearly state the phone purchased, date and your details.
Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your junk folder if not received.
The validation process will take 21 days.
Once validated your promotional item/s will be despatched and you will receive an email from our Courier containing your tracking information. We hope you enjoy your gift and thank you again for choosing OPPO.
